Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to suit individual learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver therapy services both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to integrate therapy into daily routines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain clear, timely documentation
• Adapt activities and environments to promote student engagement and independence
• Provide guidance and strategies to staff for supporting student development
