FOREMAN / TOWER CLIMBER – TELECOM
Indiana & Ohio (Stable Markets)
Sascom networks is hiring experienced Foremen / Tower Climbers for high-volume telecom projects with major U.S. carriers.
Open to candidates across the U.S.
Travel required
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise tower crews
- Perform tower climbing, installation, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate daily site activities and reporting Requirements
- Proven experience as Telecom Foreman or Tower Climber
- Comfortable climbing and leading crews
- Experience with LTE / 5G / C-Band
- Previous work on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or DISH projects (preferred)
- Valid safety certifications (OSHA, RF, Fall Protection, etc.)
