Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths is looking for a Canvassing Field Manager / Supervisor to build, train, and lead a high-performance canvassing team. We’re a multi-million-dollar residential home improvement company with a proven track record of success — and we’re expanding fast!

This is NOT a desk job. You’ll be out in the field every day motivating your team, knocking doors, generating leads, and coaching your reps to hit big goals. If you love leading from the front, growing teams, and being rewarded for performance, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build, train, and manage a team of canvassers to set free design consultation appointments
• Be in the field daily—leading by example, knocking doors, and coaching on live pitches
• Drive your team to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Track results, improve performance, and keep energy high
• Work closely with company leadership to expand into new neighborhoods and markets

• Base salary $50,000-$60,000 average yearly $80,000 – $120,000+

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in canvassing, door-to-door, or direct sales
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
• Loves being in the field every day
• Strong recruiter and trainer — knows how to build teams from scratch
• Hungry for success and motivated by high commissions
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

• Base Pay + Overrides + Bonuses
• Average earnings: $80K – $120K+
• Top performers earn well above six figures
