Restaurant Assistant General Manager - AGM

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team in Cleveland. As the Restaurant AGM, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, manage staff, and drive customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining high service standards and implementing strategies that enhance the overall guest experience. We offer a competitive salary range of $61,000 - $66,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional development.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management tasks
- Supervise staff and ensure high-quality customer service
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
