• Provide accurate product/service information and assist customers with account-related matters.

• Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues.

• Maintain organized records of customer conversations and transactions.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and workflows.

• Assist in administrative tasks related to client services and account updates.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
