We're hiring compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide consistent in-home care for a client who requires complete assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) . This role is ideal for caregivers who are comfortable providing personal care and supporting clients with dignity, patience, and attention to their daily needs.

Caregivers in this position will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily care tasks . We're looking for individuals who are reliable, attentive, and committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care while building a positive relationship with the client.

The schedule for this position is 7:45 AM - 6:45 PM, Any day between Monday through Thursday , making it a great opportunity for caregivers seeking a consistent short morning shift while making a meaningful difference in a client's daily life

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide complete assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care tasks

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client

• Provide companionship and support during care to ensure the client's comfort and well-being

• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to supervisors or case managers

• Follow the client's care plan and communicate regularly with the care team

Job Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing care as assigned
  • Provide assistance with daily tasks as directed in the client's personalized plan of care, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
  • Provide companionship, personal and hygiene care as directed in the client's personalized plan of care, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and assisting with measurements, if necessary
• Adhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency of employment
• Adhere to HIPAA laws and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one (1) year of documented home care assistance and/or direct care experience at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, etc., is preferred
• Preferred: Successful completion of a nursing assistant or certified home health aide program
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance (proof of insurance is required)
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively
• Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID-19, Influenza, and Hepatitis B
