We staff the entire dental office, from dentists and hygienists to dental assistants, EFDAs, front office staff, and lab techs. About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle for dental professionals, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding. You will work closely with both candidates and clients to ensure the right matches, while also helping to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. This is a salaried position with regular hours of 7:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, based at our Parma Heights, OH office.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Candidate Management:
- Source, screen, and recruit dental professionals for temporary, contract, and permanent roles.
- Use job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels to attract candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our ATS system.
- Assist candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Client & Relationship Support:
- Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide qualified candidates.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns quickly.
- Represent DDS professionally at dental shows and industry events (as needed) to expand relationships and network with professionals.
Process & Continuous Improvement:
- Follow established recruitment processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Stay informed on dental industry trends and workforce needs to enhance recruiting efforts.
- Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and streamline recruiting practices.
Required Skills:
- Experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare or dental staffing (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with ATS systems and online recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Prior recruiting experience preferred (internship, agency, or in-house).
- A college degree is preferred but not required.

- Base salary plus commission/bonus opportunities.
