What You’ll Do
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint
Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment including: calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.
Review work order for completion of operations and required documentations
Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information
Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards
Provide manufacturing technical support as GD&T subject matter expert
Support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training
Extensive experience in calibration and standards
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP experience preferred
