Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for a nationally recognized 23-hospital academic health system in Cleveland, OH. This senior leadership role oversees multi-site HTM operations, drives business growth, and serves as the primary executive liaison for the health system client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multi-site HTM / Clinical Engineering operations across a large healthcare system
• Serve as the primary executive contact for the hospital system, ensuring strong client relationships and governance
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and safety programs across all locations
• Develop and execute regional business growth strategies
• Manage budgets, financial risk, and performance metrics
• Coach, mentor, and develop leadership talent and succession plans
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Support cybersecurity awareness and risk mitigation for healthcare technology systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering
• Proven experience managing large, multi-site hospital or academic health systems
• Strong background in budget management, compliance, and operational leadership
• Understanding of healthcare cybersecurity challenges and solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and deliver consistent service excellence

Preferred Experience

• Leadership within hospital systems, academic medical centers, or large healthcare networks
• Experience working with U.S. healthcare regulations and governance structures
