Brand Activation Specialist

Job Purpose :

This position will assist with the planning and execution of retail merchandising in support of the retail sales and marketing strategy, visual and practical store design, and brand activation support to bring the altafiber experience to life within and outside of our retail stores. This position also executes sales tools and collateral for the sales and field departments.

Essential Functions :

Assist Brand Activation Team plus additional external resources as needed (event planning, coaching, as needed execution support) Contribute to post event analysis and improved methods of tracking results, contributing to increased measurement and ROI tracking resulting from brand activation activities Assist with grassroots marketing strategy (door hangers, yard signs, mobile events, etc) - creative and fulfillment assistance/execution and contribute to innovative new ideas to activate the altafiber brand Contribute to customer education and engagement strategies utilizing retail stores as well as contributing to content marketing efforts with cross functional teams (digital content, video, social media, blogs, podcasts, etc) Assist with branded merchandise for sales and marketing (apparel, customer giveaways, promotional items, etc)- creative development and fulfilment/execution support Assist with executing experiential marketing strategy (include Virtual Reality, product demos, interactive displays, etc), contribute to innovative new ideas

Education :

Four years of High School or equivalent

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Relevant Work Experience :

1+ years relevant work experience in retail, sales, marketing or event planning / onsite execution preferred

0 to 2 years in related field

Supervisory Responsibility :

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment :

This position requires travel. Reliable transportation required. Position will require routine onsite event attendance to help ensure successful execution; some evenings and weekends needed as event levels fluctuate.
