- Own the flow: receive, verify, and record inbound materials.
- Fulfill with precision: pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments on schedule.
- Operate equipment: drive forklifts and use material handling tools safely and efficiently.
- Protect accuracy: maintain inventory records and support cycle counts.
- Deliver as a team: collaborate to meet order deadlines and resolve exceptions.
- Lead with safety: follow protocols and keep work areas orderly.
- Build capability: help train new team members on procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in warehouse or material handling operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems; basic computer skills.
- Forklift operation experience; certification is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working solo or with a team.
- Strong communicator with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Capable of lifting heavy materials and performing physical tasks.
