Anesthesiologist Assistant - Youngstown, OH

$50,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Employed base salary: $235,000-$354,000+ (40-54 hrs/wk, 6-9 wks vacation)
• Overtime available
• Full-time 1099 options available

Flexible scheduling: 8s, 10s, 12s, 24s and no call shifts are offered

Diverse case mix: OB, peds, neuro, vascular, trauma, ortho, general surgery, sedation cases are offered

Location: Youngstown - 1 hr from Cleveland & Pittsburgh, affordable living, four-season recreation

Role: Deliver hands-on anesthesia care under physician supervision in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. Monitor vital signs, adapt anesthesia plans in real time, and maintain meticulous documentation. Collaborate daily with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes across complex cases. Contribute to quality initiatives and participate in ongoing education within a supportive, mentorship-rich setting.

Requirements:

• Accredited AA program graduate (new grads welcome)
• Team-oriented with strong clinical judgment and adaptability
