This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.
This role manages inbound and outbound communications, schedules appointments, and maintains engagement with both prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will use Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, and Copilotto enhance productivity and customer experience as well as company CRM.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms
Schedule and confirm appointments using Xtime and Microsoft Bookings
Follow up with unsold leads and re-engage past buyers for upgrades and service reminders
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and Microsoft Lists
Collaborate with sales consultants via Microsoft Teams and Loop
Use Microsoft Copilot to summarize interactions and generate follow-up messages
Attend BDC meetings and training sessions via Microsoft Teams
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
1+ year experience in customer service, call center, or automotive sales
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Bookings, Copilot)
Familiarity with CRM platforms and scheduling tools
