A respected care organization in Canal Fulton is urgently hiring compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a direct hire position offering stable hours, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to positively impact lives every day.

SHIFTS: 2nd (2p-10:30p) and 3rd (10p-8a)

PAY: $17/hr. + shift differentials

What You’ll Do:

• Provide daily support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene needs

• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders

• Offer companionship, encouragement, and community involvement opportunities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment

• Document care and report any changes in condition to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring, patient, and reliable individual who truly wants to help others

• Previous DSP or caregiving experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

• Must be comfortable assisting with personal care and daily living needs

• Ability to pass background checks and meet training requirements

• Dependability and strong work ethic – attendance is key!
