Position Summary:

Stautzenberger College is seeking a qualified and experienced Adjunct HVAC Instructor to join our faculty. This individual will teach Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) courses as part of our technical education curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in HVAC systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety practices.
* Teach both classroom and lab-based courses following an established curriculum.
* Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
* Support a diverse student population with varying academic and technical skill levels.
* Stay current with industry trends and technology to enhance course content.
* Collaborate with program faculty and staff to ensure student and program success.
* Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Associate degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field OR significant industry experience with professional certifications is required.
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings is required..
* EPA Section 608 Certification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.

Work Schedule:

* Flexible, may include daytime and/or evening courses depending on department needs.
