Location: Fairfield, Ohio

Reports To: President

The Bug Company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Ohio facility. This role is responsible for driving results in shipping volume, product quality, team performance, and overall operational efficiency. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and develop staff, and work closely with company leadership to support growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across production, shipping, and logistics.

• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.

• Set and achieve measurable goals for shipping volume and efficiency.

• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team.

• Partner with leadership on process improvements and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in operations, facility, or logistics management.

• Strong track record of meeting operational and performance goals.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in team building and employee retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
