What You’ll Do

As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our park runs smoothly and continues to be the go-to destination for fun and fitness. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Managing schedules, inventory, and park resources to maximize efficiency.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborating with leadership to set goals and drive the park’s success.

What We’re Looking For
