Assistant Manager - LUK Airport
Summary:
The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in delivering exceptional, luxury-focused guest experiences within a Hospitality company and the official Forbes Travel Guides premier private aviation environment at LUK Airport. As a key contributor to a distinguished organization with over 30 years of industry excellence, this position supports the management of a high-performing team dedicated to service excellence, sales achievement, and operational precision. The Assistant Manager is instrumental in maintaining the company’s reputation for superior client satisfaction, brand loyalty, and market leadership. By driving strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless operations, this role ensures every guest interaction embodies the highest standards of the organization. Reporting to the Area or Regional Manager, the Assistant Manager provides hands-on leadership to a diverse team including Lead Guest Services, Guest Services, Lead Drivers, Drivers, Car Washer Detailers, and other field staff. The position is central to achieving guest service, sales, and profitability objectives within the assigned geographic area.

Responsibilities:
• Support achievement of area sales goals through recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and team development
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing actionable sales insights, market intelligence, and operational recommendations
• Assist in financial planning by forecasting needs, supporting annual budget preparation, managing expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective measures
• Drive guest base growth by mentoring team members, cultivating relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering consistently outstanding service
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to fleet composition, service offerings, and delivery models based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
• Identify and target group clientele that align with Go Rentals’ business objectives without overlapping with FBO priorities
• Proactively utilize prospecting tools and channels to generate and secure new business opportunities
• Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries, qualifying prospects to ensure revenue impact and performance accountability
• Maintain full operational coverage at all times, arranging appropriate staffing and scheduling to meet business demands
• Step in to manage field operations in the absence of the Area Manager, ensuring smooth execution and accountability
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as FBO and hotel requirements and Go Rentals’ internal policies
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and direct sales targets through outside sales calls, prospecting, site visits, and client entertainment
• Uphold full adherence to Go Rentals’ policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all activities
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Demonstrated success in leading teams within high-end service operations
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong sales acumen with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue and retention goals
• Unwavering focus on delivering premium guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and elite service environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (mandatory)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and operational management platforms
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in aviation, auto rental, guest services, or hospitality
• Willingness to travel frequently and for extended durations
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in smartphones, tablets, and digital tools
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
