- Handle incoming customer inquiries
- Perform various forms of outbound prospecting and follow up daily
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Learn from constructive criticism and adapt accordingly
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude and mindset to work with you every single day
- Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
- Must be a self motivated individual and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Previous sales experience is not required, but is taken into consideration
- Eagerness for continual education regarding product and procedures
- Strong ability to adapt to ever changing market conditions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as listening skills
- Computer skills including Word, CRM, and typing.
- Have great people skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
