Job Summary:

The Unit Secretary will assist the department through the performance of routine secretarial/clerical duties and data entry and extrapolation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education : High school education or equivalent

Skills : Typing skills; basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products; effectively operates hardware, including keyboard, copy/fax, telephones and scanners; basic math skills; excellent organizational skills; highly effective communication skills with co-workers and customers both in person and via telephone.
