The Opportunity
Description

Job Responsibilities:

• You will learn and carry out detailed work instructions
• You will assemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, welding using various hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses
• You will handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes
• You will troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions
• You will promote and support a safe working environment
• You will inform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment or processes
• You will adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment

• High School graduate or GED
• Supports and promotes LEAN operations by following standard work to include Safety Observations, Idea Generation and Hour by Hour Board updates
• Meet quality assurance requirements and complete documentation associated
