General Production Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator - $20-22/hr starting pay, increase to $26.70 after 4 months!

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated machine operators for our blow mold facility. You will be responsible for overseeing and operating pre-form machines, labelers, and blow mold machines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate pre-form machines, labelers, and blow mold machines.
• Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with a small team to meet production goals.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the facility.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation.
• Forklift operation experience.

Work Environment

You will work in a very clean and organized department with only four other individuals. The shift is from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, following a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COLUMBUS, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
