About the Role:

As a Field Service Technician , you’ll travel extensively across the country to perform industrial cleaning in bulk storage vessels and confined spaces.

If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a challenging, ever-changing environment — this role is for you. This is a 100% travel position , with trips typically lasting 3–5 weeks at a time. There’s strong earning potential, and Mole·Master covers travel expenses and provides a generous per diem.

You’ll operate specialized equipment, uphold high safety standards, and deliver outstanding service — all while gaining hands-on training and the support to grow your career.

Marietta, Ohio

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, team player, and commitment to excellence
• Mechanically inclined; experience with hand/power tools preferred
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days/week in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely
• High school diploma or GED required

Certifications Required: (Training provided)

• Confined space entry
• Air monitoring
• Respiratory fitness
• DOT physical (CDL training available)
