We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign coordination, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events)
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms
• Support email marketing campaigns and list management
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions)
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, design) to ensure brand consistency
• Help manage marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets
• Support event planning and promotional activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
