Location: Elim Manor and Elim Estates (Columbus, OH)
Job Type : Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: Up to $22/hr.

What You’ll Do

Execute various administrative functions including but not limited to: 

• Performing unit inspections
• Assist with move out documentation
• Walk vacant units
• Entering the system and tracking maintenance work orders.  
• Processing all accounts payable documentation.  
• Preparation and distribution of various community notices. 
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
