Housekeeper
Columbia Woodlands is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. We pride ourselves on offering a luxurious and comfortable guest experience, and our housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining that high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest accommodations and common areas
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces according to sanitation guidelines
- Make beds, change linens, and restock rooms with towels, toiletries, and other supplies
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and carpets
- Wash windows, blinds, and draperies
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as needed
- Monitor and replenish cleaning and room supplies
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and steamers
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or needed repairs
- Ensure all rooms and facilities meet Columbia Woodlands’ quality standards
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests and team members
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related role
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization protocols and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Previous experience leading or supporting a housekeeping team is a plus
