Interview Process: 2 Rounds Face-to-Face
Project Overview This role will support the OFCC application development group in the modernization of CMW from Perl/MySQL to Java/React/MariaDB on an AWS platform .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to project teams and validate system requirements, testing, and deliverables
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and define standards and procedures
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and mentoring of development teams
- Analyze system issues, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend modern solutions
- Develop modernized code components as required and participate in peer reviews and pair programming
- Plan, execute, and review system testing and UAT results
- 10+ years of expertise in Perl (all versions)
- 10+ years of Java and React full-stack development
- 10+ years of experience with MySQL and MariaDB
- Application modernization on AWS or Azure
- Designing test plans and testing Java applications
- Strong experience in resolving technical risks and development issues
- Experience using AI to support application development and testing
- Construction Management domain expertise
