Shifts:

• 6:30 AM 4:00 PM
• 10:00 AM 8:00 PM
• 11:00 AM 9:00 PM
• 4:00 PM 2:00 AM
• 9:00 PM 7:00 AM

Additional Details:

• Minimum Commitment: Flexible
• Practice Setting: Physician-led Emergency Department
• Facility Details:
• 250 Hospital Beds
• Acuity Level: Medium
• Admission Rate: 18%
• Certified Stroke Center & STEMI Program

Specialty Support Available:

Neuro, Ortho, Surgery, Vascular, Ophthalmology, OB / GYN, ENT (most days), Urology (most days)

Transfers are arranged for specialties not covered in-house.

Patient Load & Flow:

• Acuity Level: Medium
• Admission Rate: 18%

Provider Requirements:

• Certification: ABEM Board Certified Only
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted OH State License & DEA
• Required Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS (must be maintained at all times)
