Marketing Copywriter (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $35 - 41 per hour

Our Client is seeking an experienced Marketing Copywriter to join our Pharma eCommerce Operations and Digital Marketing team. In this contract role, you'll play a key part in shaping the content experience across our pharmaceutical eCommerce platform-writing compelling copy for digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion and customer retention.

We're looking for someone who sees every word as an opportunity to inform, educate, and inspire. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our client's brand voice-creating a seamless experience for users navigating our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit marketing and content for eCommerce experience pages and digital marketing assets (emails, banners, search ads and landing pages).
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, editorial guidelines and messaging strategy.
• Maintain the eCommerce marketing copy style guide.
• Collaborate with product, UX, research, marketing and legal teams to develop customer communications that support product launches, feature updates and customer migrations.
• Enrich product data and assets using Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Support technical content initiatives, including writing and editing help and support articles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and improve content.
• Contribute to content strategy discussions and help shape the user journey through thoughtful copy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of copywriting experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven experience in eCommerce; B2B experience preferred.
• Familiarity with UX writing, content strategy and digital content design is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront and Jira is a plus.
• Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of digital content samples.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
