Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Kitchen: Lead the charge in executing the franchise menu with unbeatable consistency. Every dish needs to hit the standard, every time.
• Optimize Operations: Keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine—inventory management, food prep, controlling costs, and keeping everything fast and efficient.
• Lead the Team: Train, motivate, and inspire your kitchen crew to align with the high standards of the brand. You set the tone, and the team follows.
• Consistency is Key: From lunch rushes to slower nights, every dish should be as flawless as the last. No compromises.
• Stay Agile: Adapt and excel, whether it's a busy weekend or a quiet weekday. You’ll manage speed and precision with ease.
• Safety First: Maintain top-tier food safety practices and keep the kitchen spotless. Cleanliness and compliance are non-negotiable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in a high-paced kitchen environment.
• Skills: Master of kitchen operations; sharp eye for detail, leadership, and time management.
• Mindset: Problem solver, laser-focused on quality. You thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy atmosphere.
• Consistency Driven: You know that every plate must be as great as the last -every single time.
• Certification: Must be Food ServSafe certified.
