Our client, in the Packaging and Advanced Materials industry, is seeking a Production Operator 3rds to join their team. As a Production Operator 3rds, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of dedication, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator 3rds

Location: Van Wert, OH 45891

Pay Range: $18.5

Shift: 4:45 pm - 5:00 am, 12-hour shifts, on a 2-2-3 rotation

What's the Job?

• Assist in the production and operation of manufacturing process equipment
• Prepare production logs, product tags, and time cards as necessary
• Operate scrap grinder and understand recycle system processes
• Follow and participate in plant safe housekeeping guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Remain compliant with SQF / BRC / HACCP requirements as per the location’s food safety and quality policies

What's Needed?

• Attention to detail to carry out tasks accurately and thoroughly
• Dedication to work with integrity and loyalty
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 12 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
