Atlas Rehab and Wellness , an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 20 years' experience is looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to work PRN at our partner's outpatient facility in Youngstown, Ohio..
Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
- Interdisciplinary discussion/review of patients on schedule and treatment.
- New admissions evaluations.
- Review of potential discharges and communication of floor programs.
- Staff training and/or communication of patient progress.
- Programming: Wheelchair, splints, adaptive equipment.
- Communication with family/facility staff of patient progress/updated goals/adaptive equipment/change of status.
