• Dress Code: Business casual (no shorts or sandals)

Clinic Therapist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health therapy or mental health counseling
• Active Ohio state license: LSW, LPC, or higher (Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor)
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Current CPR certification
• HWC certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Behavioral Health Therapist Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic services to adult patients in a behavioral health clinic setting
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR), specifically Pinpoint
• Support patients with a range of behavioral health and mental health diagnoses
• Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all patients
