Job Description
Drive the renewal of Oracle's contracts with existing customers.
This Customer Success Services (CSS) North America Renewals Sales team is responsible for renewing contracts for specific Oracle products/support for small, mid-sized to large enterprise customers for regions all over North America. Apart from contract renewals, the team is also responsible for retaining and growing the contract base by upselling.
Services Renewal Sales Representative will primarily be responsible for ensuring the target CSS renewal rate for existing small/medium-sized to large strategic customers in their assigned territory.
Services Renewal Sales Reps ensure that all renewals are completed before expiration, passing leads up to the CSS Field Sales Channel for additional service opportunities, and closing the loop for all customer interactions by providing education on the CSS portfolio and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Responsible for timely renewals for medium-sized to large customers in assigned territory. Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of Oracle's portfolio. Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for top-tier opportunities. Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.

Educates customers on e-business practices and any associated contractual implications;

Ensures timely support renewals for assigned territory (from existing small/medium-sized to large to strategic customers

Provides management with performance feedback;

First-line management contact for customer escalations;

Serves as a resource to other organizations for process and policy questions;

Troubleshoots problems and escalates as necessary;
Qualifications:
-
8+ years of experience in account management or related areas, services sales
-
Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills with a customer service focus

Consultative sales

Can exercise judgment, initiative, and discretion when providing solutions to customers

Strong analytical skills

SLED or Federal, SaaS services (i.e. Mission Critical Support, etc.) experience, a plus

Excellent research and problem-solving skills

Effectively manages time and priorities to meet service requirements

Able to apply knowledge and make decisions with minimal direction from management

Location: This is a remote role and you can be based anywhere in the US with domestic travel up to 25% as needed.
Ideal locations are: San Antonio, TX; Houston, TX; San Francisco, CA; Pleasanton, CA; Redwood Shores, CA

US: Hiring Range in USD from $31.73 to $54.13 per hour; from: $66,000 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
