The Job

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Medical Surgical Location: (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid?) Columbus, OH (ONSITE)

Contract Duration: 13 weeks Working Hours: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Total Weekly Hours: 36 hrs

Position: MedSurgical Float Pool Nurse

Hours: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00PM - 7:30AM Total Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a MedSurgical setting
• Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed.
• Availability for weekdays and some weekends, including holidays Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurgical setting
• Current BCLS certification
• Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system Requirements:
• Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
