About job: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Cincinnati, OH facility. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, and logistics support within a fast-paced transportation environment. Responsibilities * Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures * Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock organization * Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts (training provided) * Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards * Support loading and unloading of delivery vehicles Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent (required) * Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required * Ability to lift and move packages as needed throughout the shift * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions Benefits * Competitive pay * Paid training * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) * Weekly pay * Opportunities for advancement
