Are you a Dynamics 365 specialist who thrives at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Project Management? Our client, a leading national organization, is seeking an IT Functional Analyst to serve as the in-house expert for their enterprise D365 ecosystem.

In this role, you won't just support a system; you will design, model, and implement scalable solutions that drive corporate efficiency. Focusing on Accounting and Technical D365 modules, you will lead implementation projects, optimize business processes, and ensure the platform operates at a world-class level.

responsibilities:

• System Architecture & Design: Design, configure, and implement D365 packaged software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business and system processes, recommending improvements that leverage standard software functionality to minimize customization.
• Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate software implementation projects, ensuring adherence to best-practice methodologies and timelines.
• Expert Support: Act as the Tier 3 functional expert, providing high-level support and troubleshooting for corporate ERP functions.
• Audit & Compliance: Implement fully auditable controls compliant with business and regulatory standards; develop reporting tools to audit user efficiency and process integrity.
• Knowledge Leadership: Conduct demonstrations and training sessions across company facilities, providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior team members.

qualifications:
- Must be located in one of the following states: OH, GA, TX, NV, FL, or TN.

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience in Information Technology.

- 3+ years of direct experience in ERP software implementation, Project Management, Requirements Planning, and Business Analysis.

- Significant, hands-on experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) corporate ERP system.
