Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with mild learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, and other academic needs.

• Work virtually, using a variety of digital tools and resources to engage and support students.

• Assess students' needs, track progress, and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement effective intervention plans.

• Maintain a consistent and supportive virtual learning environment.

• Regularly communicate with parents to provide updates on student progress and next steps.

Who We're Looking For:

• Certified Intervention Specialist or Special Education Professional with experience in supporting students with a variety of needs.

• Comfortable working in a virtual environment with strong communication skills and a proficiency with digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, educational software, etc.).

• Able to manage a light caseload (approximately 20 hours/week) while delivering individualized, high-quality intervention services.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Special Education

• Current certification/licensure as an Intervention Specialist or Special Education Teacher in Ohio.

• Prior experience working with students with learning disabilities or behavioral challenges (preferred but not required).
