Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist

We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter & Generalist to join our team in the Greater Cleveland area!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a blend of high-volume recruiting and hands-on HR support. In this role, you will manage full-cycle talent acquisition, lead employee engagement initiatives, and serve as a key HR point of contact for our domestic operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Recruiting Expertise: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably across multiple states.

• Employee Relations: Proven track record of managing conflict resolution and conducting formal investigations.

• Adaptability: Ability to handle sensitive executive-level hiring and manage multiple confidential projects simultaneously.

• Communication: Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff at all organizational levels.

• Education: Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred, though relevant professional experience will be considered.

• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to various domestic sites and corporate offices as required.
