Infrastructure Domain Architecture Manager

4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn OhioThe Domain Architecture Manager provides strategic leadership to guide technology decisions at Key across architecture areas with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics domains. The individual will lead a team of architects in day-to-day operations and will work with technology teams to help define technology strategy and assuring cross-portfolio alignment. They will assist in the review and approval of the architecture designs for the delivery of projects. They will help develop and communicate the Bank's technology architecture plan and the infrastructure components required to support it.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of team initiatives that align the business solution architecture team to Key strategic efforts and goals.
- Change agent with business stake holders
- Evaluate short-term business needs required to support key business goals and establish priorities. Consult with business, information, and technical subject matter experts to identify how a given business architecture can support these goals.
- Assist in developing technology roadmaps and overall technology strategy.
- Understanding of banking and banking trends
- Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
- Deep knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics architectures
- Industry and competitor research

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Master’s degree in technology or business desirable
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture
- At least 3 years in a leadership role desirable
- Experience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data, and infrastructure domains
- Experience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
- Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented.
- Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio.
- The ability to manage and mentor a team of architects ensuring the development and growth of the team.
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $116,000.00 - $216,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $175,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
