The Clinical Director leads a small clinical team in delivering high-quality mixed clinical services. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective clinical oversight, maintaining quality standards, and supporting staff development within a dynamic facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight to a team of less than 10 staff members
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate and deliver staff training programs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for clinical team members
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health
