Office Manager/Secretary
Job Title: Office Manager
Pay Range: $17--$25 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (adjust as needed)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to handle daily administrative tasks and support overall office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic information
- Prepare and send estimates to customers
- Handle billing, invoices, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate records and organize office documents
- Assist with scheduling and general office coordination
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (email, documents, billing software or willingness to learn)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred, but not required
