Detailing Technician

Position Overview
Our detailing company is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Detailing Technician to join our growing team in Lorain County. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and are interested in growing within a fast-expanding company.
This role goes beyond traditional automotive detailing. You will work closely with a small, high-performing team, receive hands-on training, and have opportunities for professional growth as you develop your skills and contribute to company operations.

Company Overview
Our detailing company is a premium automotive detailing company, currently operating multiple mobile crews servicing clients six days per week.
Role Overview
This is an on-site Detailing Technician role. Technicians perform services both at customer locations and in-shop (as applicable), while upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Full-time is preferred, though part-time candidates may be considered.
Core Responsibilities
● Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled workdays
● Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
● Perform interior and exterior detailing services on customer vehicles
● Handle a variety of vehicle conditions, including heavily soiled or restoration-level details ● Follow company procedures and quality standards
● Communicate professionally with customers and team members
● Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in an organized manner
● Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service quality

Qualifications
● Valid Driver’s License
● Reliable transportation to work
● Strong attention to detail
● Professional and customer-focused demeanor
● Ability to perform hands-on, physical work
● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
● Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required
● Experience in hands-on or labor-based roles preferred
Compensation
● Training / Part-Time Pay: $15.00 per hour
● Full-Time (After Initial Training Period): $17.50 – $22.00 per hour
● Additional compensation opportunities for advanced skills such as:
● Paint correction
● Ceramic coating
● PPF installation (if applicable)
● Leadership responsibilities
