Job Title: Machinist | 2nd Shift | $23-$32/HR | Alliance, OH

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Machinists to join our dynamic team in Alliance, OH. You will operate, maintain, and edit CNC machines, including Vertical Mills, Manual Lathe, Brake Presses, and Lasers. This role is on the 2nd shift, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, offering an hourly wage between $23 and $28.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines in a Job Shop environment.
• Make machine edits and tool changes as necessary.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Use calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet tolerance specifications.
• Work with G&M Code for machining processes.
• Machining on materials such as steel, stainless steel, and brass.
• Manage production with shorter run times.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of machining experience with Vertical Mills, Manual Lathe, Brake Presses, or CNC Lasers.
• Proficiency in setting up and tearing down machines.
• Capability to make edits and tool changes.
• Strong job tenure with at least 4+ years per company.

Work Environment

Our facility, built in 2021, is very clean, safe, and climate-controlled. The workweek typically consists of 45-50 hours, with occasional 10 to 12-hour shifts, primarily on the production side. We manufacture over 10,000 parts for diverse industries such as Data Centers, Vessels, Industrial, Commercial, and Residential sectors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
