Customer Service Representative – 1st Shift

Location - Mt. Healthy, OH 45231

Pay - $17–$19 per hour | Contract‑to‑Hire

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client to hire a Customer Service Representative for a 1st shift, contract‑to‑hire opportunity in Mt. Healthy.

This role is ideal for a customer‑focused professional with experience handling high call volumes who is looking for long‑term stability and growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, or account information

• Accurately document customer interactions and updates in internal systems

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of service

• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues

• Meet daily performance and call handling metrics

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a high call volume environment

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast‑paced setting

• Basic computer proficiency and experience navigating multiple systems

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Schedule and Compensation

• 1st shift, Monday through Friday

• Pay rate: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience

• Contract‑to‑hire opportunity offering potential for long‑term employment
