Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor visits between children and their families in a safe environment.
• Provide respite care to families, ensuring a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
• Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities for after school programs.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and interactions for compliance and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other professionals.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Background in social work, education, or child development is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping children and families.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass Federal background check and drug screen as required by state regulations.
