SALES BRANCH MANAGER

COMPENSATION: 70,000 to 72,000

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: The Sales Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of our bread distribution branch. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities, team coordination capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial management. This role involves driving sales growth, understanding market trends, providing customer excellence, and effectively using technology to streamline operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide strong leadership to the branch, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Grow sales and profitability, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in mature markets.
• Develop and manage the branch budget to ensure financial targets are met and exceeded.
• Oversee and facilitate company training programs to onboard new team members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client needs and expectations are exceeded.
• Coach team members on a one-on-one basis regarding company programs and initiatives.
• Analyze sales data, create reports, and inform strategic decisions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with computerized inventory systems required.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a related position with supervision responsibilities preferred.

SKILLS:

• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and meet financial goals.
• Strong coaching and training abilities, with experience in company training programs.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Power BI platforms.
• Track record of sales growth achievements and understanding of mature markets.
• Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.
