1 Job Locations Remote - U.S. Category Product Management Overview We are seeking a Vice President (VP) of Product Management to lead the development and growth of our insurance solutions portfolio, serving carriers, brokers, and insurance service providers. This executive role will shape cutting-edge products that streamline policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, and compliance, helping insurers modernize and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design through launch and adoption, ensuring our solutions address the unique challenges of the insurance industry-including regulatory compliance, risk management, and digital transformation. Responsibilities Lead a product management team driving insurance technology solutions from concept through adoption. Define the product vision and roadmap for policy lifecycle management, claims automation, and digital engagement platforms. Build partnerships with insurance carriers, brokers, and insurtech ecosystems to align product strategies with market needs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including state-specific mandates and standards. Partner with sales leadership on tailored go-to-market strategies for different insurance sectors. Stay ahead of trends such as AI-driven underwriting, predictive analytics, and telematics to ensure continued market leadership. Define key metrics to measure success across adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred). 12+ years of experience in insurance technology product management, with 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level. Experience in the Insurance industry is a strong plus. Deep knowledge of insurance operations, compliance frameworks, and digital transformation trends. Proven ability to launch innovative products for carriers and insurance service providers.. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, global teams.
