Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This part-time contract position is ideal for a passionate BCBA or Behavior Specialist interested in supporting students and educational staff throughout the full 26/27 school year.

In this role, you will provide crucial supervision for a team of three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You’ll be a trusted resource for developing, implementing, and monitoring effective behavior intervention plans. Your guidance will empower teachers and staff, helping them foster positive learning environments and promote student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
• Proven experience as a BCBA or Behavior Specialist in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision, coaching, and ongoing support to a team of three RBTs
• Develop, review, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to address behavioral challenges
• Conduct functional behavior assessments, data analysis, and recommend evidence-based strategies
• Offer training and professional development for school staff
• Attend team meetings as needed and maintain thorough documentation
