We are seeking Financial Service Representatives to join an inbound Annuity Contact Center team. Why work for us:

• Pay: $19.00/hr.
• Start Date: 2/23/26
• Training and Work Schedule: Initial virtual training period is 6 weeks, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. After training period, it will be a variable work schedule(most new starts work 11:30 am- 8:00pm) and the shift could be any time between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday.(38.75 hours per week)
• Hybrid work schedule--(two days in office and three work from home)
• Location: 1000 Yard St. Grandview, OH 43212

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Receives and responds to incoming calls from investment professionals and customers on multiple financial topics ranging from taxes, withdrawals, benefits, product features, costs, loans, premiums, payment schedules, etc.
• Interpret and apply all changes and enhancements to new and old products
• Cross-sells unfamiliar product line to support strategy of all business lines meeting goals
• Identifies the root cause to proactively offer consultative expertise and uncover the unstated need
• Maintains a documented record of conversations to best learn from customers
• Utilizes virtual technology and social media to enhance customer, financial advisor, and agent experience
• Follows all rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
